This is an absolutely adorable story with a positive moral message. Perfect for up to grade 2, depending on skill level. Reading this story to a young child will help them relate to why they should be nice and realize there are positive outcomes when we are nice to others, no matter what we are initially perceived as being.

My 5 year old loved this book. It worked well and was cute and funny and taught real world applications. The illustrations were wonderful and cute and engaging. Will definitely be checking this author out again.
Once again Isla Wynter tackles a difficult conversation and makes it ok and understandable to children. We all find ourselves in a situation where wearing a mask is so important. Not only to our health but to the health of those around us including Santa.
This is a wonderful story to spark your child’s imagination with beautiful illustrations. It is also a great book to read or listen to as a bedtime storybook. I recommend this book for everyone who enjoys animals and/or space.
