Wings of Time and Fate had me riveted from the first page. Seriously, this is a gorgeous book! Eona is a character I couldn’t help but adore, and the worldbuilding is everything I look for in a fantasy novel–gorgeously written, well-built, with its own lore and magical systems. I also really enjoyed the interspersed snippets from “nonfiction” books written in this fictional world. Wynter has created a lush, magical tale, beautifully told.

Beautiful illustrations

My 5 year old loved this book. It worked well and was cute and funny and taught real world applications. The illustrations were wonderful and cute and engaging. Will definitely be checking this author out again.

Even Santa Knows to Wear a Mask

Once again Isla Wynter tackles a difficult conversation and makes it ok and understandable to children. We all find ourselves in a situation where wearing a mask is so important. Not only to our health but to the health of those around us including Santa.

Great book

This is a wonderful story to spark your child’s imagination with beautiful illustrations. It is also a great book to read or listen to as a bedtime storybook. I recommend this book for everyone who enjoys animals and/or space.
